The living museum
Located on Sejong-ro, the symbolic street that has witnessed all the tumultuous moments of Korean history, MUCH is an eight-story complex, boasting a total building area of 10,734m2 and standing over a total area of 6,445m2. This history-culture cluster is an eco-friendly and barrier-free communal center open to all.

Exhibition Hall 1 celebrates the noble spirit and the achievements of the patriotic heroes who devoted their lives to the restoration of Korean sovereignty.
Exhibition Hall 2 displays a wide range of historical materials, videos, and articles on the dynamic process of building modern Korea’s foundations.
Exhibition Hall 3 reminds viewers of hard work and dedication the Korean people put into in overcoming challenges and achieving economic development and democratization simultaneously.
Exhibition Hall 4 shows the vision of the Republic of Korea for the 21st century and the future stories of a nation that will expand its presence and influence worldwide.
The historical materials and artifacts, gathered thanks to the contributions from the Korean people, are arranged in a lively and inspiring style, applying the latest display and editing techniques.
